Like many mentorship programs for girls B.L.I.N.G. has a focus on building self-esteem in girls however its main focus is life preparation and readiness. B.L.I.N.G. is not a youth outreach program but rather a part of a global youth development network seeking to create chapters globally.

​B.L.I.N.G. is an after school program with a rigorous life and youth leadership training curriculum that has its core, based in life coaching. This is what makes B.L.I.N.G. unique among other youth programs nationwide.

The premise behind B.L.I.N.G. is to instill value, confidence, and a sense of purpose in the face of current negative environments, peer pressure, and social stresses. Through a no-nonsense style of coaching, mentoring, and leading, B.L.I.N.G. will challenge the choices our girls are making by objectively questioning their decision-making processes.

Our program for girls produces brave and influential young ladies. Our B.L.I.N.G. girls are full of exceptional strength and determination to succeed! Our girls are influential and lead by example. Our girls are characterized by their virtue and not their bodies.
